any idea what sort of resolution this picture needs to be of if the aim is black/white/other/any colour t-shirts?

well printed stuff is normally 300 dpi

GhostMjr has decided that he's unable to organise the t-shirts so does anyone else fancy taking up the banner?

If not then the idea is getting scrapped.

I'm away on holiday from early September so really can't take this on.

On that note the jessops/snapfish quote isn't bad at just over £13 per shirt including delivery...

dunno if that price is low enough or not? They do do polo shirts as well, similar price, probably add £1-£2

1. Fruit of the Loom are the standard that we supply. If you look at
www.ralawise.com you can view the colour range.  The t-shirts are
valueweight, and polos are 65/35.

2. Artwork is best in vector eps, photoshop, adobe illustrator 7, coreldraw
12 or a good quality jpeg (300dpi or more).

3. We can print the square background if you wish, but generally it is just
the image itself - not the block background.

If you were to have 10 t-shirts with a full colour print, the total cost
would be £122.21.  This works out at £5.50 + vat per t-shirt, 3 screen
charges at £13.50 + Vat and delivery at £8.51 + vat.  The screen charges are
only payable once, and do not apply to further orders with the same design.

Sorry about this guys. I couldn't carry on as the student loan company is sending my loan out late. However i got through to a really nice company and they sent me a free sample. It is of an excellent standard. It is made from moulded plastic and the t-shirt is a superb quality. I have posted the email i received from them below when i was researching who to go with. I just dropped them another email to find out how much they are each.
