IMPORTANT: 20 man raids suspended

Due to the loss of 2 commanders yesterday we gonna give the 20 man raids at least a 2 week break. In this time a lot of things need to be done there for the purpose of organising the commander section again.
Naminly we need new commanders. If you are interested let us know in this post. But plz only apply if you think you have the dedication to bring it to a good end. Talking on TS is needed. A bit of exp there would also be good since the remaining commanders do not have time anymore to give you a good work in period.

As a notice the commanders that stepped down are kregoron and lunares.

Very sad to hear. So now we have to find another way to do things. But guess marshals / FM allready are talking about stuff.

I think it has been my fault that both lunares and Kreg steped down from commander.Yesterday friday 22 september.i joined some friends of mine a smaller guild for a ZG run, and i had ask some ppl in SoG none of thoose had sign up for ZG yesterday if they were intrested in helping out they sad yes.After that i got a whisper from both Lunares and TL about it since SoG ZG run lacked priests i told them why i joined ZG with some old friends that was becuse i made a promise to them along time ago.
Well if this is the case then we are pretty much bound to SoG and cant do any runs for our own becuse maybe we are needed in some way and therefor we need to be standby.Im not giving up raiding with RG2 just becuse of this.Im just taking a break this weekend becuse i think its not funny to get whisper were ppl accuse u for not being availible and for lying.Someone sad to me once "we pay for our account and that none can change" we are in this game together AND its a GAME rember that.

Weird its not your fault, lots of stuff has the reason for me stepping down... Lots of frustrating stuff and me not having energi to do the 20 man made me chose this..

we had this discussion before i think a break is not a bad id Lunares and Kregoron get some real life stuff to between the 40man raids it helps !

i have to agree with wierd there.
now going to a zg run or aq run shouldet be anny problems, wee have done it before and wee will do it agan, being able to join up and give a hand to a small guild get started is a big gift.

i understand that there could be anny truble going to an MC, BWL, AQ40 run with an other guild but a ZG or AQ20?!?

I am a Defender and im raiding @ RG2 raid nights MC, Ony and BWL
what i do in my spare time with my main or my alt chats, is there no one that can tell me. ZG and AQ20 @ SoG is a voleteer raid dungeon..

so why being upset?!?

I sure felt like it was my fault when this post just poped up in the forum after that small discussion we had yesterday about me and some other ppl helping a smaller guild in ZG.well best off luck to both Kreg and luna on the RL stuff.

Well, I must say after hearing about the events leading upto the stepping down of Kreg and Luna I'm very disappointed, and I share in their frustrations.

I'll try keep this brief.

It's been a great pleasure working alongisde Lunares and Kregoron for the last 7 or 8 months, organising and leading these raids and bringing them to such a high standard - none other on Aszune can claim to have had such a thriving 20 man raid calendar.
I feel we worked well together as the original Commanders; we shared the same goals, made decisions quickly and unanimously. I dont think any of us ever felt out of place doing the job, most of the tiime it was genuinely a pleasure to do it and I think we became pretty good friends though it.
I'm afraid that for me the job wouldnt be the same without Luna and Kreg being part of the team. We became Commanders together, it's fitting we should step down together.

It may not mean a lot to many people, but please take this as my announcement that I'm stepping down as a 20 man raid leader. I'll obviously help the successors to the Commanders in setting up any system they require, or they can feel free to continue using the system I made.

It's been a pleasure being a Commander, I hope we made a difference.

OK first of all weird we do not blame you.
2nd this what kreg also said has been in our head for some time this was just the last drop for me. I can do a rant here which i wont but i do feel backstabbed NOT cause you did the other run but i get the feeling here commanders are not needed anymore since ppl dont seem to talk to them about these things. You can give me we are free to do what we want. I say yes true but then my question is why did the commanders even go through the trouble? This incident yesterday wasn't the first wont be the last but atm i am not up to the 20 man anymore.
Summed up for i stopped it cause i think ppl dont respect the commanders (or it seems that way)

Claw, you have to understand this from a Commanders point of view.

If youd put so much time and effort into doing what we do, would you appreciate it when someone from your guild starts taking away people that you need for your raid? It's a slap in the face. And this isnt the first time.

Basically what we're reading from it is "oh i want to do ZG tongiht, shall I go with the commander lead guild run or some other random guild? hmm screw commanders"

Ye i know... And did you ever see a direct pointer agaisnt Weird... but enough of that yesterday... Its not the essential here... that was just a minor incident when looking at the greater picture which lead to the currect situation..

I cant say anything ells that its sad that see luna/kreg/mensil steping down but im feeling once again it was my fault that made them step down since i feel like that.I was pretty happy when Oneangel asked me to take over for him as class leader for the priest but im not sure if i can do it anymore and i also feel like im not wanted in SoG anyhow by some ppl.Well im gone think about it over the weekend and see how a feel on monday when RG2 makes a new try in BWL and hopefully i feel a little better by then.Its no one that point me out but by the whisper that i had yesterday and whats sad in Officers channel this seems very handy at the moment.And its pretty strange its happening after a i made a on choice to go along with some friends instead of signing up to SoG run!:
