Yea thats why I stopped aswell.. Cos you didn't play more often :narnar:

On-topic: Well I can't say anything that hasn't already been said.. Sad to see you step down, cos you did one hell of a job organising those raids putting a lot of effort and time into them, but I respect your decisions..

Well done all 3 of you :cheers::worshippy:

Ty very much for the planning of the 20man raids Lunares, Menedil & Kregoron. I may not have attendend any of them, but i know just as well as you do its one hell of a job(or , not exactly, i've never done it) It's a game, aye. But you used your RL time, and probably alot more than you really "should" , just so a bunch of guildies could get some rep & epix/blues:)

I understand Wierd etc, but when you wear sog's colours, you fight for Sog. IM not slagging your ranting you, but its just moral. You wear an Mutd soccer shirt, and play for Arsenal, comprende? :)

This isnt exactly a bombshell. Think this has been in the works for a long time due to the SoG atmosphere effectively being killed over the last year.

Just my two cents. It's this guilds own fault they lost two good raid leaders.
Is a reason why I aint online this much on Aszune anymore.

But no criticism without something positive to report.

At least now maybe raidleaders speak understandable english :lmfao:

(No offence Luna :norty:, Im half dutch so I understand you perfectly)

Menedil

eh...

i  AM english.. was i really unintelligible? :P

I dont see whats wrong with being a helpful guild. Normally there is enough people who wants to join the 20 man raids and the ZG raid with the other guild was planned a week ahead. I only saw people flaming those who went to ZG with the other guild not the ones who would rather grind than go to ZG.

Basically its the same thing only those who wanted to help the other guild had planned it for a whole week. The grinders grinders just didnt wanna join.

And if you needed priests couldn't some one with a priest just relog it?

Sometimes things just dont turn out the way you planned it. Then you just gotta pull your self together and move on.

Thanks for you guys leading us safe through ZG and AQ20. You did a great job.

First of all: A lot of you seem to think this was a 1 time something. Well if this was the first time we would have done as you mentioned and moved on. BUT it wasnt this was just like we stated before the last drop. I think has this allready started before you where even in the guild. Lately it happened a lot. And yes i think helping fellow aszune players is a good thing but the sog raid suffered from it which is bad.

2nd of all you planned it. thats a good thing but why did you not tell the commanders? the Marshalls want to know also if you come or not.

Then you have the signup site nice thing and yes you havent signed up but imagine the feeling you get when your own raid is strugling and then you see a lot of other members in the same instance.... Thats not the best feeling and this happened a lot.

About the if you needed a priest could not someone relog. I did relog cause i had a "break".

And as the last point i want to thank the ppl for their kind words also in this topic. Also i wanna wish the best to the new commanders with their job.

Yrthal

As i mentioned before in this topic, plz stop the discussion now. We all are furstrated in a way or another. But stop here!

This topic was to say farewell and find new commanders. If you feel there is more to discuss plz choos another place or take it with a Marshall or FieldMarshall.

What happend did happend, but no reason to be stepping on it over and over.

but thats just what how i feel.

On the contrary, It does. When people leave you need to take a good look on what you are doing. Because usually when people start leaving its a indication something is really wrong.. Instead of moving on, bla bla bla bla etc etc.

Take some time and reflect on ourselves on what we have become....
Most of us shouldn't like it...

Greatdanes

Will new commanders solved this problem with people going with others guilds?
I don't think so as long people don't have more loyalties to this guild 20s run.

Thanks Luna, Kreg and Mene for having done this one hell of a job organising those raids putting a lot of effort and time into them, I am sad to see your work ending like this, but I respect your decisions

First of all, thanks to the guys who've led us thus far for a job very well done. As TL and others have mentioned, we're one of (if not the best) at doing ZG/AQ, and this is very much thanks to the people leading us.

I have a feeling that part of the reason they are stepping down is the change of people going on the ZG/AQ runs, cause I'm sure it's not like it used to be when u did this with the "good ol' boys". Not many of the original SoG'ers are doing this anymore, and I can only guess why (tired of the instance, got all they need from the place, missing the raids with their old friends).

After rading a couple of times with RG1 early on when I joined SoG, I know there is a huge difference in the atmosphere on TS. The reason for this is probably that many of the RG1 people know each other a lot better than we do in RG2 and soldiers. It's a lot more jokes and such on TS (some think maybe too much), and this makes the whole experience a lot more fun. RG2 has a lot to learn from this, myself included.

Anyways, enough ranting and guesswork. If you want another person to help lead the ZG/AQ runs, I'd like to give it a go. Been to both instances many times now, and think I know all the bosses pretty well. Think that with a helping hand of how to set up the raids and such I'd be ready to go. And if I give my microphone a good spanking now and then, u'd actually hear what I'm saying from time to time.
