If you are interested let us know in this post. But plz only apply if you think you have the dedication to bring it to a good end. Talking on TS is needed. A bit of exp there would also be good since the remaining commanders do not have time anymore to give you a good work in period.

I am interestet in helping out from time till time however i cannot commit to 1-3 weekly event. I can help out RL when im in the raid anytime, since I allready have lead many times before and know tactics on all bosses it easy for me

It's a shame this has happened, especially since I was thinking about going along again more often. I really hope that it's just a phase, and not caused by Wierd, since he's a good bloke really. after all if he's not signed up you simply *can't* have a go at him. If the people who joined along with him were signed up/queued then they should not have gone, but from what I rememeb rin gchat on that evening, people (maybe not RL) were havign a go at Wierd cos he was in zg but not SoG zg, irrelevance! since he wasn;t signed yo SoG zg, he is free to do with his time and money, what he wants, he decided a run with some old mates would be cool. The whole point of the sign-up site which worked very well was to see who was available for a run and who would queue, if he had wanted to go with sog he would have, but sometimes it's nice to have a run with other people. Anyone who thinks that a member who is online and in an instance should defer to one organised by the guild, when on their own time, is sorely mistaken and selfish.

If this is not you, then don't pay attention to my ramblings, but simply put:  

Don't ever make someone feel bad because they aren't doing something you want them to in their free time.

this will only get you a loss of respect, less attendance from that person, less motivation from that person and at worst they will leave because they feel forced to do things. None of this will benefit anyone.

And again i want to say we DO NOT BLAME weird but this was a last drop in the full glass that made it overflow(and no i do not talk about a specific person here). And umbra funny you talk about respect cause that was the reason i quitted commanders.

sorry if it went off-topic, and, if you read the middle paragraph: if this is not you then ignore, or something. what i meant was, those who /w him saying 'you should be here, omg' or such.

as i said ages back, from both sides, respect is earned not deserved instantly, if ppl are treated as pets, shouted at then ignored, do not expect respect from them. Personally if someone seems to have a specific lack of respect for me i'd rather find out why and solve it.

AAnyway, what I would like to say that is on-topic is that, I'd like to help out if and when possible, I don't have much experience but willing to learn, wed and/or sat are probably good for me. Maybe make a poll of people who can commit regularly (once a week/twice a week) often, sometimes etc, then go from there, maybe passing the beuracracy and admin to the most motivated person
