I'm aiming to be there between 10.00am - 11.00am.  That's usually just enough time to unpack and say hello to the hotel people (and grab the keys) before the bar opens.  After that expect to find me in a comfy chair jawing with other dMw peeps and within shouting distance of a beer pump.

Me and DA should be there around 11.00-11.30, then unpacking, get a room, install stuff in LANarea (inbetween me or DA will get a beer).
And if needed give a helping hand unpacking other computers.

Should be there bright and early aswell. Do you need help arranging tables like before tl?

Well, it kind of depends on how fast BigFatCat can drive from Heathrow.  My plane arrives at 09:20, and BFC said something about close to a two hour drive.

But he also said that he was gonna let me be in charge of the maps and the road directions, so it might take a while <_<
Should be lucky if we don't end up in Glasgow or something :P

Anyone who is there early and feels like chipping in please do so.

The table configuration should be as usual:

We're only running 4 per side this time as we have less people.

I'll should be along fairly as well.

I reckon the usual old school people have their usual seats?
Or no name to a chair this time?

Aiming for around 1200-1300, depending on traffic through the Gorbals.

The seating plan has been carefully arranged so that where possible, people are sitting with others who are likely to be playing the same games - i.e  Drivers, WoW'ers, BF2'ers and CS'ers and yes, the reg's have their own spots.

GM, 40 is now the end of that table and you are, in fact sitting, in your normal place - just that it's now called chair 40 as we're losing 2 chairs per side and I couldn't be hassed to redraw the whole thing with less chairs

OK?
