That's a combination of eePanels and Bartender3.  Bartender to set the buttons and the black panels that sit behind them are eePanels.

Download the Photek X ui and try it and you'll have the basis of Kreg's UI.  My own UI which I posted some time back was also based on Photek X - it's on the previous page of this thread.

reviving an old thread:

But is there an updated version of Photek X i was updating my addons last night and checked over Curse and said that last one hadn't been updated for quite some time....

Real shame as well because i loved that mod package and having to go back to the standard UI for the time being as i deleted the 'old' version of Photek X :(

The individual mods that make up Photek X have all been updated regularly since Photek X was issued.  Install it, run WoWAceUpdater.exe and you will have an updated Photek X.

well this is what ive been working on

i just need to tart up the buttons a bit. as soon as ive done that it will be finished. ive just got it so its functional at the moment

as you can see this is very much based on the old photek style of UI as its one that i get on well with

Some prettyness ive been trialing for anyone interest in giving it a go its the spartan ui with xpearl raid frames and recount dmg meter. Oh and titan bars up top

What is the very Bottom frame/addon called that runs straight across? (Holds all the action bars, chat panes etc...)

Aye sheep spartan ui deals with the bit across the bottom and the repostion of the minimap

The bars themselves are bartender which is packaged in with the spartan ui >> http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info7221-SpartanUI.html
