server change

hello all,
 
i wanna explain all what is happening in rg2 about italians guys( not all):
 
the italian guys : Lovercraft,Brandir,True,Ubar,Donaldicky( i think Belth too)
 
we thoght to change the server and go to another one with 80% of
italian people, this is because :
 
1)some of us( not me) don't speak good english and wanna speak our language
2)we have serious problem( and i'm in it) about raid time.. start at 7 the raid is bad for all our life, and we 'd like play at 9pm, and in this server those are the times for all guilds
3)we pass all as friends so is everybody or noone
4) we have friends there we wanna play with
 
we should go there with also other friends of Danu and Rightouse
 
 
i'm very very sorry about this fast things without saying before, but blizzard says they will close other server this night (24 october 2006)
and this fast things hurts me because i know rg2 will be hurt, i'm very very bad feelings about this.
 
i can answer your questions( if you have them) till i cannot read this forum( and knowing TL this will be soon:sad: )

Its a great shame you guys are leaving, it really seems to be at a bad point too but you cant help that hope you enjoy your new server and wish you all well.

Likewise, I wish you all the best, but at the same time decisions like this do not happen overnight and some more lead time to prepare and recruit replacements for RG2 would really have been helpful

Well don't know how ppl rly feel, but ill tell how i feel.

I'm not gonna say good luck and i'm not happy about this desicion eventhough i should accept it, i won't.

Think is a bad excuse for leaving when we have the toughest time. I will call this "sticking the tail, between the legs".

Rg2 could/can use you support. Ubar:" 1)some of us( not me) don't speak good english and wanna speak our language". excuse again, we have ppl playing all over europe, some are bad and some are good at english, but we dont laugh at you? do we? NO, we accept who you are, and know that all cant be equaly good.

Why did you start playing here in the first place? because of friends? Fine, why leave then? You have met new friends here and done progress, haveing times where there was time for sorrow and laughter.

Lately ppl have been making (sorry the expression) LAME excuses for leaving. I know you decide yourselfe, and there isent much to do about it. but try and take some time off wow think about it.

Why leave, when ppl are going trough a tough time? why not stay and conqurer and expirience new instances together. Learn new things, good things and bad things together??

Well thats an question i dont expect ppl to awnser!

(Dno if this is gonna bring me any trouble, but needed to get it of my chest. And i'm pretty sure meny feel this way, but who dares to express him/her selfe? i dont know, but i did, may it bring whatever it comes!)

Im sure many feel the same way i for one have many of the same opinions on this matter and feel upset about it and that is me putting my neck on the line!

Really sorry to hear this guys. Especially because it is some of our better players.
 
Some months ago we talked about we dont wanna be RG1's fishing pond... Well now we are just everyone elses fishing pond. Get in SoG- gear up- /gquit and find a guild that raids AQ40/Naxx.
 
You RG2 guys might wanna get used to the thought that we are doing ZG and AQ20 instead of MC and BWL because thats soon the level we are down to.

But On-topic.. Yea stuff like this is not decided overnight, but then again the answer is not clear from the very beginning so telling the officers that you might leave the server might've helped, but the recruitment and such could still not have been done before it was certain (which seems to be yesterday)

Nowhere in his post do I see anything about joining a guild doing AQ40 and Naxx..
I mean jesus, cut the guy a slack here. I know he is a marshal and its a lot of italians moving and that it is expected of raidmembers/marshals to contribute to the guild and help with the progress and not leave.. But to be honest.. I think its crap that if ppl join SOG they would be bound for life - the everlasting subscription.
I could understand your rage if they all said they wanted more loot and a BWL-farming guild, but that just aint the case here..
He even said multiple times that he was sry about the short notice and sry about leaving..
 
And it aint just RG2 who is suffering.. For some reason a lot of ppl have been leaving/quitting from both raidgroups.. and... thats just to bad.. But there's nothing to be done about that.. Just take come back to the ground from that throne of yours and move on..
 
As I said in the beginning, I think this is not the right farewell-thread to make that post in.. I believe that Ubar is genuine here and not going to use his epics for Naxx and such..
I haven't got everything 'off my chest', but I reckon that if I continue I will become more or less unpopular among RG2 atleast, so Ill stop here and pretend that you're all saying goodbye to Ubar in a somewhat sad, nice and civilised way..

When i joined SoG i commidet myselfe, and have an responsebility. I met some awsome ppl here and i wont leave just because of a setback. I see this as a challeng and i'm certaily gonna stay here and help it to be conqured.

Ok Ill repeat myself here.. They have said nothing about joining another guild due to more progress or any setbacks, they simply wanna be with their friends who happens to be on another server..
I wouldn't leave SOG with Nef either, but that is mainly because I have been in this guild for more than 1½ year and I still love it here, but I can still understand that group.
