For the latest Valve update I've released Beta N RC2-13 linux/windows binaries to fix some of the core issues surrounding the new cl_restrict_server_commands var.

It would be worth installing the latest version of Mani as there have been a few updates since the one we have installed. Hopefully one of them will fix the slay issue and not sure if the one quoted could help with zBlock.

I better leave that for OB as the mani setup was done by him and looks much more then just running setup exe
