Yep, I am waiting until Feb when the Dell 3007WFP-HC becomes available without having to buy a new Dell PC system from them.  Reviews of it so far have been seriously impressive.

Nope, they do not sell them.  AFAIAA they are not on sale outside of Dell until February.  If you wanted to buy from Dell you would have to buy one of their top end systems and buy it from the US as it is not even on the UK website yet.

Nope, that's a different monitor G.  That's the old one which is readily available and subject to many special offers as the new one is coming out.  For clarification:

The old: Dell Ultrasharp 3007WFP
The new: Dell Ultrasharp 3007WFP-HC

I want the new and now retailer yet has the new, other than US Dell.  It is due here in the UK for general retail release in February.

It's a bit like the HP LP3065, but it look slike a slightly better panel in the Dell, made by the same company but probably a later revision.  That and the fact that the Dell shoudl show up about £400 cheaper than the HP means I will wait until February.......probably :norty:

Btw isn't this worth a sticky? I've used the comparison thingy in the first post a few times now, and reckon it could be useful for people looking for a new monitor.. Just a thought..
