im in as long as i can provisionally book the hotel room as with being in the RAF i cant always guarentee the time off, but put me down for attending. if the worst happens and i cant stay the weekend then im moving from ireland to lincoln in 4 weeks so i could just pop down for the day on the sat, if that was ok

Sure. I believe that so long as you give the hotel 24hours notice the you can cancel. Also a daytrip is fine if necessary

Decided to save up some more for the appartment. Also the travelling got a tad more expensive. :sad:
