My admin rights?

can someone please tell me what i have the rights to do.
 
I tryed to ban 2 pl tonight and it wouldnt do it.
 
I even had other ppl on my side asking for them to be banned as they we not staying withthe team and repetedly swearing at me. I cannot type what they were saying as it wont come out on the forums.
 
I had to get Blunt to ban them. I was only looking to put a 2 hour ban on them to get them away from us for the night and teach them a lesson

According to your profile, you should be able to issue any non-permanent ban.  However Mani can, for some unknown reason (bugs) not allow people the access they should have :(

Happens to me alot, if I want to ban someone it will only work after 5 or more tryes.

I know sometimes you will need to ban and then kick as it doesn't always register the player is still on the server.

Is there a list of commands knocking around which Mani_Admins can use.

Someone asked me to change the map and I felt more than a little foolish as I didn't know how to do it.
