No admin can monitor everything on a server so I'm always happy to have things pointed out to me - there's no need to "step aside" - look at it more as getting a night off :)

Aye, but still, please point out (or help yourselfs to a slay button) if ppl are way out of boundery's and the senior admin is unable to see (beeing alive on other side of map for one)

What i would like to see is a set list of messages that we should use. Each admin has his/her customized binds for messages. Instead i think it would be better for the senior admins to decide on either a set list that we can then bind to our own keys or messages only for senior admins and another set for mani admins or as they see fit. I am also pleased with how the server ran as there was a bit more control due to the senior admins experience. What i would like to point out which i don't think has been raised as of yet is: restart only when necessary. The amount of times i have joined and then after everyone being ready to go and after playing a round or half a round even with sufficient players  a restart has been actioned. Please  think before you restart the server.

No, what we want is for the Mani admins to tell the senior admins that someone is out of bounds and they will do the slaying.  If you are the only senior admin on and you want to ask a mani admin to help, that's fine but we want to stop the confusion of lots of admin stuff coming up for lots of different people.

sometimes it is diffficult to admin even when spec or dead.

If complaints about players are made, I always do my best to investigate.

sometimes (mostly) this involves going spec for a round or clicking madly to find the out of bounds player whilst he's still alive...
if you miss that, then you have to scroll back in console to see what's happened.

No it's not and that's why we need the Mani Admins to help by informing us of the issues.
