Revamp Boomer Welcome Screen.

I was thinking today, our Welcome screen on Boomer is a bit tedious to read. I can honestly understand why people choose to skip straight to the game without glancing at it. As compared to other servers, we have no logos, no pictures/backgrounds on it.

Could we make the explanations for what teams need to do on DE and CT maps a bit more bold? . At the same time, could we perhaps stick in a picture of what the "No-Entry" sign looks likes next to the "no entry" warning text?.

Along with this, perhaps have a logo at the top saying:

                                              T.C.S Gaming Community

with say perhaps the picture we have at the top of the forums?

Then a working link to our forums at the bottom? I'm not definite that this make ensure people to read our rules every-time, but perhaps making it look quite professional could have a positive affect?

To much fancy stuff might divert attention from the important stuff in there, and since we dont have a problem w/ filling the server. Aint broke, dont fix it comes to mind :whistle:

If possible I would really like the no-entry sign there! AND -  message saying that if you can't see these in-game, go to console and type 'retry'.

It might end up being a heavy MOTD, but when someone is kicked for bad behaviour and I refer to the MOTD then people really read it

Cheers guys. I took the liberty to move around the different points of the rules. My wife did the layout and had some good ideas on how to convey the message.
I think the banner is good advertisment for the community so I blatantly stole that.
