Was watching through HLSW tonight and one of the -=[dMw]=- peeps called for dMw against the rest on next round. My personal opinion is that this should not be encouraged on the server as it reduces the ability to restrain people from flanking and also invites an "us and them" approach.

Thoughts?

Goes without saying that this is a no-no.

Achieving balanced teams is the aim - this type of call destroys that.

Yesterday evening we had a dMw vs others also but this was against regulars.
We ended up this way because I said first to die swap over, happend to be 2 none dMw'ers but as said, they are regulars. So that was coincidence.

I wouldn't want to do it on purpose though as you've just mentioned.

agree for the most part.

I was on taxi duty for ms Blunt tonight and had to leave just as this was suggested (by freestyler).
I wasn't paying too much attention, but I got the impression that most were up for it.

I know exactly where you're coming from BB (from experience I know that this is frowned upon), but there was a good friendly vibe on a full server, so I didn't voice any objections before I left.

how did we do?

I had the same situation on Boomer a couple of weeks ago and said at the time it wasn't going to happen and shouldn't happen on our servers.  :sideways:

Hopefully the linked post will clear things up for anyone who doesn't know.
