Has been completed by the surgeon on my knee, so I'm now back home and will be off work for at least a week, maybe two.

I'm already getting bored and I'll be aggressively suicidal before long at this rate.:ranting2:

By all accounts, there was a large area of damage across my cartilage, but the extent of the damage may prevent my full use of the knee, for things like kneeling or squatting. I may be able to play football again, but I may have to curtail that and either buy a greyhound, racehorse or golf clubs like all ex-footballers.:doh:

Sounds nasty, but kneeling isn't all it's cracked up to be (unless you're a devout muslim then it's 5x a day everyday). As for avoiding those suicidal tendencies I reccomend a non-violent hobby such as sudoku (as opposed to DIY like hammering etc).
