There were only a couple of items left behind this time.

1. 10m power cable reel (JB?)
2. A jacket and gloves - camel coloured with sheep-lined or similar lining. Think it's AbsoluteHype's Or JulzPolz's?

Is it yours?

Thanks to everyone for another eventful LAN ........

Whitey was awarded the Helping Hand Award for the hours of work put into configuring and running the servers before and at the LAN.

Sulky and Ghosty did sterling work helping people get their machines up and running

The Games Committee - Sheepy and Ghosty and everyone who helped with the running.

Thanks also to BFC and the guys in the bar at 2.30am last night who helped calm down the bladdered fella complaining that I'd stolen the internet and was on the verge of decking me :boxing:.

Where was Paddy and TL when we needed them eh?

Ok as far as i know Blunt had a reel with a power breaker so was that his? Also is the coat beige with a white inner and a khaki fabric if so that is julzpolz's. I would also like to thank Whitey for the servers, Sheepy for the booze and prizes and finally Pen for the general organisation. I personally am a bit surprised about that event last night and go to the lan to enjoy myself and avoid trouble. That was a sticky moment and although avoided i wouldn't wish that on any dmw member or anyone in the community to put up with. I feel we should submit a complaint about the latter as personally the nightwatchman despite passing through almost three times didn't do anything. On a brighter note i enjoyed the lan and look forward to Amsterdam aswell as the lan in April :).

It's not my cable reel.

I'd like to say thanks too. To the guys mentioned above for organising it all, plus Big Paddy for setting up my rig whilst I got in a well earned 1st pint.
As usual, it was over all too quickly.
Next time I'm definitely setting out much earlier.
Regards

I felt that was a good time to retire to bed.  Hence the sneaky exit.  :D

I got all my stuff this time thanks, the power thingy isn't mine, however someone near me was waving about a black and grey one early on.

I am obviously instantly forgettable.

Merdok forgot to mention he left his house keys in his room. I know he was a bit embarrassed about it so I wont mention it :)

Great weekend all. Already looking forward to the next one.

LOL.

Also thanks to you BIG fellas for the Server you brought along. I know it made Whitey's job a lot easier and it worked well  :thumbsup2:

For some reason (a couple of LANs ago) this does not surprise me. Amazing what objects computer enthusiasts can forget at LAN :roflmao:

Sheepy appears and begins to stroke my head. According to his slurred drunken speech I am "lovely and like a fuzzy felt". Thankfully he soon leaves and passes out somewhere. [/quote]

I do seem to recall someone mentioning that. However as to where it went........

I'll check the LAN cables / USP cables box for them. (You're a git for ducking out before we could volunteer you to look after something btw:eyebrow:)
