I read with interest old bloke's post on jolt forums...so i've signed up and i'm looking forward to a taster later on.

I don't know how i'll get on with these new fangled rules (my memory's not what it was)....
or all those new(to me) maps...i've concentrated on militia, mainly cos i knew it when it was just fields...I'm just hopin that u'll cut an ol' fella a bit of slack while i get used 2 it! :oops:

I've bin bangin on about gameplay for yonks but it's hopeless on pubs 99.9% of the time.....i'm fed up with stat-whores

You'll love it - and the rules are easy to remember because you play with your team - so you're not on your own!

Around 8pm is usually when it gets busy, but a bit earlier on clan match nights (Sun & Wed).

while we're on sprays, what's the consensus on tactical srays?
personally i'm in favour, cos decoys are a real-life tactic.....

i have given them a go and they can work...i had a ct crouching which people only laughed at so i changed it to a lady of low morals and found i could get the odd kill when people stopped to have a letch :wink: ..... i also saw one person trying to get into a grate that had been sprayed onto a wall .....good question.  to tell the truth i dont know the pcs standpoint on it :?:

Personally, yes. I think they are a sound strategic tactic, the times I've shot at a blood stain shaped like a head!!

But, you don't see pro swat teams with cans of spray-paint!! And as we play for fun I think it could get rather annoying.

As always the decision is with the clan leaders, but my thought is, no, PCS doesn't allow it. Looks like we need to add this to the rules page!

i think it would be fun on a public server to make a large spray with lots of players on ...spay it behind you and see if u blend into the background...if it works i am sure u will get lots of grief lol

I watched tox for a bit,,,,,had to rein him in a few times as he's fresh out of pubbys.....my turn got curtailed by a phone call and missus came back from karate (u don't mess with a black belt 8O )
...and I was mighty imressed.

at on point on train, tox was down to 15hp and wanted to hide (a la pubbys) but i yelled at him to cover bomber, so he went ahead and cleared 2 ct's to win the round...a lesson learned
just now he tried j12 again and stayed less than a min. sayin "look at them rushin t's.....bugger this"

i was there for a while but must of just missed you.  Funnily enough i went on a pub server myself instead, and even though the play wasn't too bad, no obvious cheats for one, it still felt terribly flat and directionless. That's the only problem with playing PCS, there's no going back
