Friday Night Meal

The Hotel/Pub does a ripping good 'Steak Special' on a Friday night that the majority of us enjoyed last time we went. I suspect that if we all turn up unannounced they may run out of food though. So in order to pre-empt that problem we will try to warn them how many peeps will be wanting to 'eat in'.

Please reply here if you want to be included in the head count for the Friday night meal at the hotel.

I have no idea what Gandalf is going on about, but I'm a carrot munching tree hugger that thinks animals are for cuddling not scoffing.

However all fish are clearly bastards and deserve to die. So if there's a chippy in the local area I'll be fine. Or if the hotel can crack open a tin of sardines then I'll join you for a bite.

Fortunately beer is a vegetable. So I'll be quite capable of consuming enough of it to puke whatever I do eat on Friday all over anyone standing withing 6ft of me :twisted:

That would depend on what time everyone was planning on arriving and what time would you be eating. No doubt i'll be working friday, so i'll not arrive until about 7ish at the earliest. If theyre still doing food about 7:30-8:00 then count me in, if not i'll visit a McD's on the way down.
