Great weekend except for the poxy network problems. New O/S installed and network problems gone? Just got to spend the next few days installing everything again:sad:
A special thanks to Oldie and a lot of other deadmen who tried to solve the problem and to Kevin for lending me his laptop, enabling me to show my usual mediocracy in LFS. OK, so I know I'm not that good.
I seem to have misplaced a bottle of single malt :doh: - did anyone find it?

Found it, drunk it, felt dodgy next morning. :yahoo: Or was that Doormans's Rum?
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

sorry for the late post.. just found the time to set everything up again..
 
Was a good lan this time.. Ghosty and I were glad to be there a day early as we felt more settled in on the first day..
 
Good to see the BIG boys again (except Dewey as he claims I have a fat neck).. I guess the quest for decent 2nd night's food continues eh boys?
 
Lot of laughs and lots of good ale (forgot why I loved the beer there). See yous in the spring!
