What about standardising on Green for Player, Silver for Public Admin and Gold for Section Head/Senior Admin?

I have the four because I wasn't sure what colours we wanted to settle on.  I included similar colours to CS and then added the green in case we wanted to do as BB says and have green for standard and silver for admin.

Just a tad negative here. They look like two people about to get into a fight! How about a picture of two people have a cup of tea and a chat?

I'm struggling to find icons that will be clear when reduced to 32x32 pixels. Perhapsjust a speech bubble?
