Need I buy COD4?

Now that my new PC has been ordered, will you lot continue to play COD4? no other reason to buy it for me... (or will you move to COD5?)

CoD4 is here for the foreseeable future. CoD5 doesn't seem to have grabbed the imagination although I play it on publics quite a bit. So go get CoD4.

still waiting for my cod5 to turn up !
But hopefully we will continue play cod4 for a while yet !
(i've only just started to get the hang of it )

I finally got in CoD4 again after playing it at the LAN, before that I stopped playing it due to me being tired of the game.
Now it's good fun. Seems alot of people play it within dMw and getting a game started is no problem.

I've played the CoD5-demo but thought it was CoD4 but then WW2.
Then again, there were only a couple of maps available and not all the guns.

The multi-player modes seem to work well with what the dMw folks have going, so I'm guessing it will be around for a bit. Also the single-player campaign was a lot of fun and a great experience. For a gamer

Games that update year on year could be determental to the community in my opinion, not everyone can or wants to buy the new version every year.

I like COD4 but will not be getting COD5 as it doesn't seem to be enough of an improvement.

in principal i agree, but have got CoD5 (waw) as it has a 4 player co-op which could be a blast to play with some of you dMw guys

definately get CoD4 LR, it's great fun.

I've got CoD5 too but haven't played multiplayer yet as we don't have many dMw'ers playing it.

We tried a small server at the lan for waw but the real focus was on cod4 and css.

Shame lfd hadn't been released as this probably would have stolen the show.

I thought cod4 was simply a lan based game but after the regular good turnout for the cod4 server and the move to ED the game can only get better.

1) Who did? I haven't seen it at the last LAN.
2) Before the LAN Monday-evenings were the CoD4-evenings Scott allready and they were full.
