Cheating Death needed on Baldric

We are experimenting with this anti-cheat measure on Baldric - our second/match server.

Please make sure you are running the latest Cheating Death client before connecting to Baldric.

Does that mean that ther've been some cheaters?  :cry:
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

No it does not, as we haven't caught any.  As Baldric is mainly used for matches then it is to aid a fair playing field during games.  Better safe than sorry eh?

Um what version and does any1 else have probs with the automatic update that just seem not to update or just take bloody long?

Version 4.2.0 is the latest and you can get it at

and no I do not use the automatic update.

Never used this before - Which of the three downloads do I need ? "Server Linux" "Server Win32" or "Client Win32"  I know Baldric is on Linux but thought I'd ask first.  :oops:
