I realised that this started happening when I switched to NOD32 :g:

So I disabled the NOD32 firewall and now I can get to the site using Firefox but not with IE. I switched the firewall on again and can still connect with Firefox (couldn't before) but still not with IE.

I tried adding http://www.virginmobile.co.uk/ to IE's trusted sites and still can't connect. :frusty:

Add //www.virginmobile.com as well because //www.virginmobile.co.uk redirects to //www.virginmobile.com

Still unreachable.:taz:

It's turned off but thanks for the suggestion.

TBH I'm happy that I can get to it using FF so let's stop tearing hair and just accept it's an IE thing. :)

Thanks again for the help and advice.

Browne

IE-Tools-internet options-advanced tab

Scroll to "browsing"-untick the box next to "enable third party browser extensions"-apply-close & restart IE

After that I would consider myself stumped---
EDIT: try Google Chrome

Now you're just being difficult! :narnar:

Might want to check your

system32\drivers\etc\

hosts and lmhosts file?

Just a random thought.
