I'll get OB to have a look, looks like some of the racing sim processes have died on BA4 and I'm still waiting to get info on what services to start for the racing server.

No it's not, it's like treacle. Nothing is responding to me until a loooooong time after a click. Been like this all evening. As is the forum. Really, really slow.

Count me in. Ping/traces are fine but very slow.

ISP = BT

Mmm, My pings are averaging 34 but packet loss is horrendous. anything from 20% up to 70% the worst of them was at Telehouse East. At least it's eased up enough for me to sort out servers. What a life! ISP=Virgin Cable.

EDIT: Not such a sea of pink now. More green and packet loss is down to 10% to 20%

We have had tromendous issues with the Telehouse nodes before... last time i noticed huge amounts of packet loss over those nodes i mailed em with a tracert screen and explaining the issue, seems they solved it back then..

Hallelujah! The people at Virgin media are magicians. After spending an age trying to figure out my packet loss problems and tearing out what is/was left of my hair, I finally phoned Virgin support. I explained everything I'd done (trying different network adapters, pingplotter etc. etc., he decided it was a network problem and that he would report it to whoever. 30 seconds after I hung up, whaddyaknow? Everything is fixed! Throttling rings a bell eh? Swines. :taz::taz::taz:
