Maybe this would sound stupid, but what hotkey do you have mapped in fraps for video capture?

Anyway, I've managed to put something simple together, it's "compiling" now. I'm not sure if the end result will be any good, though, I'm doing it with Windows Movie Maker and for some reason it increases the resolution of the video, making it look all grindy and stuff :eyebrow: Something else I'll need to fiddle around with then.

So, I finally received GTL yesterday and subsequently installed the HistorX mod and went online. This mod feels great!

Excellent physics I must say. With RealFeel it feels a whole lot more lively than LFS. Closer to iRacing than LFS, I'd say. And, best of all, it runs very nicely on my PC! I've turned the graphics way down, but I'll try tuning it up notch by notch to see how far I can go without getting any stuttering.

Driving those Lotus Elite's around Cadwell was bloody fantastic, and it all felt a bit iRacing like to me as well.

That was one of the most fun nights racing I've had for quite a while. One fight in particular with Lovretta was epic. I was going to do a vid, but then i realised it only saves the last 5 replays from any track and i no longer had it.:crying:

Today, I has been mainly thrashing a Healey around Brands

Very enjoyable

Its a long time since I tried GTL. The 900 degree steeering takes getting used to and Ron will be pleased to know I've reverted to shifter. Could'nt do anything other.
When I find a link to the server, I may consider giving you lot a lesson. In getting out of the way

Wahey, congrats!

You won't regret it.

One tip: fiddle around with the sound settings ingame. I turned the engine sound all the way down to get more tyre squeel and ambient noises. Made it a little easier.
