Stu, what problems did you and Ron have with Eastern Creek?

 Couldn't join it online due to a terrain.tdf mismatch iirc, which I've found the solution to.  ....if that was the error :sideways:  I'm pretty sure it was.

 

Having raced at Lime Rock all through the night in iRacing on Saturday, the rFactor version just doesn't do it for me .  
The same goes for all the tracks that are in iRacing as well tbh.  Once you've gone laser scanned, there's no going back :sideways:

 I'm really enjoying tracks in rFactor that i don't race in any other sim.


Ohh, do you know if updated textures will cause mismatches online?   I wouldn't have thought so, but nothing would surprise me with this sim:narnar:

As for .tdf mismatch it could be that original file located in "root" locations folder is overwritten.

Ron, what track (version ) is it gonna be on server?

 Yup, id figured that one out and downloaded the original again.


Ron, any chance you could set it up with Eastern Creek so i can test to see if that was the problem, and if it's now solved pls.   (after the GP of course)

 If that solves it i'll send you file and you could stick it on your server so everyone can download it.

I'm on the server, couldn't see it in the lobby, manually added IP. I'll be idle for the next 20 - 30 mins, driving my gf onto some presentation... Cyu soon on track!

I keep getting kicked with a "track or RFM mismatch"  getting annoying now.

Practice is so short by the time i try something the session is closed

Huh... That Escort is A BLAST! But it made me all sweaty and stinky... In the last race at Castle Combe i could barely see, as the sweat was getting all over my eyes... But at first i hated it, now i LOVE the bloody thing :woot2:
