Just after the admins views on a 3 day LAN. If we all agree on it ask the members what they think.

Now it would mean people having to book the monday and extra payment for the nightclub and lodgings (about £45) i dont mind paying that and i am sure quite a few people would be the same.

I found that time went too quick last time and i didnt actually get to talk to most people.

What are your guys oppinions???

Obvioulsy not for this LAN but in preperation for the next one.

I've got to be totally honest and ask why we don't make the most of the two days we have now?

People were packing up before noon on Sunday

I agree but it does happen every time we have one....but that can only be down to people wanting to get home early for work the next day if we made it 2 full days andanother night we could slow down on trying cram as much gaming in and make more of it.

I think the effort of a Friday and Saturday night's sociallising and the gmaing that takes place around this is a huge energy drain for most peeps.  Without the intervention of drugs I fear that Monday would be too much for me personally.......

I get the impression that a heavy Saturday plus a Sunday morning is enough for most peeps.......

From the feedback of the few people i have mentioned it to they would be up for it.

I think having so many turn up on Friday will eliviate things somewhat as it offers more socialising time.  I must admit at the last lan I only really got round half the clan and that was at the cost of not playing much CS?!?

I'm looking forward to friday and yes, I've booked friday and monday off so I can make the most of the time we are there while recovering on monday.

Then the other option is what oldie mentioned stay till at least 6pm on the sunday and then go home. I think a lot of time is being wasted especially on the room cost as it just isnt being used for half a day.

I agree with that. We packed up way too early last time. People were leaving before noon for pete sake. I think my flight leaves from Stansted at 19ish so I could be around 'til 16.30 I think.

I'm up for anything that involves no work on a Monday. But tend to agree with TL in some repsects adding to that is the fact that many poeple like to have a weekend away without having to take any holidays (considering how valuable they are these days) and to take the Monday off for a LAN might not go down too well with the missus. Personally, I don't care what she thinks, I'll take it off  :D .
