Inactive Moderators.

Flicking through the list I seem that some moderators haven't been online in weeks!

It's imperative that Moderators have an ongoing and active presence on the forum or else it's pointless. Moderators are the front line of defence for the forum. You can't moderate the forum if you're not on it.

If someone's on holiday or busy working on someone then that's fine (just please let us know so we can cover for you).

Ultimately, if you're not active on the forums then there's no point in being a moderator and you will be asked to step down to make way for someone more active.
