I'm reporting back for duty sir!
Lets see if we can repeat the usual form and not the embarassment of last week eh? :boxing:
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

2 and 3.

One more (I'm def out)

I had a great idea for a format, but was going to save it for next week....ah well.

All 5 finales, you can edit the map list but not worked that out yet. If I do I'll send it around. I'm also going to post in the forum and point out that this 'competetive' dmw has turned into more changes in our team than theirs. (once Frenzy posts his team)

1. Sn00ks "in under the radar"
2. Mant "OldBloke" about a dog
3. "20 Tog" Duvel

All five finales. Hmm that will be a long match, but quite intense and fun.

Team A start on the first, then Team B start on the second, etc with the leading team starting on the final one. I think that would work

Any differend maps then standard maps which I might need to get sorted before it?

Yes you'll need to get Death Aboard, which you can find in the custom maps section.

Downloaded and installed the file. I reckon it installs directly in the correct folder and such so should be ready to go.

BTW; "20 Tog"?

TBH, I'd just line 'em up and play through them. The match format is too much pishing about with the crap code that L4D has. As long as you queue up the map changes in your radial.

I reckon they'll be mostly draws, 200 points each, so you only need one completion. Get one guy out and you'll win it.

20 tog....bad duvet pun.

But 20tog is a relatively good DuVeT.

I have all the finales on my radial in one form or another.

Quick, look, the hordes are making teams in the public thread.....grab a camera and a hairy gynecologist. It's history in the making I tell ya.

Does what I've posted make sense?

If not feel free to edit it. Otherwise, gl tomorrow, I'm sure you'll be fine with your team motto..

It is supposed to be team night, a team implies a defined collection of individuals? :g:

Frenz, Tox, Brown and AN Other seem to be regular showers (not showers but show-ers).

Then there are the others that also want to be included but there are not enough to actually make a team. So naturally they feel left out and ostracised (no, not ostrichasised).

Frenz et al have their team and don't want to drop members to allow others to play, fair enough I say.

So how can we keep the others happy and stop them moaning? Dunno.
Get them to organise a mis-fits and unwanted left-overs team with anyone they can find? Sometimes there seem to be enough of those?

Let the people that don't have a team teamup.
Frenzy sorted a team and manages it quit good while the rest just doesn't get active in sorting a team.

What time do we play tonight? (UK-time?)

We meet on MeatLocker

We tend to meet up around 8pm UK and start for real around 8:15-8:30pm, depending on attendance.
