Not too sure i am looking forward to this one after seeing the in game footage. it does look like tf2 and i am concerned whether we will ever get another dlc for the first. I mean 1 year on for the second?

Seems like they are rushing them out.

On the flip though, valve have been very busy of late but we haven't known what. Simply put tf2 releases were slow and so was the lfd dlc. Maybe this was the reason but its a shame we didn't get the lfd dlc earlier. Even pc zone commented the rating in the 90's would not have been given for such little content. It was a guess score as they expected the content to be constantly been rolled out.

Luckily few of us paid £25 for the game. What if you did would you feel a bit left out to dry. I am looking forward to the second and probably will buy it as vlave are my favourite publisher and studio but i am worried about the old lfd.

Apparently they created another L4D because the employees actually get to choose which games they work on, and they wanted to do another L4D because it was fresh in their minds and they had a load of new ideas.

(actually thinking about it, it kind of seems to me like they wanted to include this stuff in the original but knew that people would rush out to get L4D2 when they found out they could use a frying pan. Basically diving one game into two different ones, making twice the money.)
