They should add several different types of swing, like if you hit one down you can have a nice bit chopping motion, and a fast hit like the on in the video, and any other ways you could and would use an axe.

Just to make it more interesting.

Yeah, I missed the chainsaw in L4D.
Can't wait to wack a witch with a cookingpan either :P

Watching that trailer makes me think i will get pretty bored with it quite quickly, hope i will be proved wrong

It looks a little like a mod to make another game look like L4D rather than a proper game. Or at best a rip off of Resident Evil.
Juggling Hard Disks over concrete floors ends in tears 5% of the time.

i dont know if i would like to see another l4d it seems abit too early. Its probably exactly the same as l4d just that you can melee with an axe or w.e.
probably just valve trying to nick a buck or two from us imo.

Agree'd but I'm guessing once they've refurbed it it'll be more like the current L4D.

I wonder what the new game play mode is?

My guess is a mash up of survival and versus.
