Server ban

Hi, I was banned from your LFS server tonight, which i'm not sure why? Ive been on the server all day, come on this evening after having problems with my wheel, and a DMr member pulls out into me in the pits. I apologised, then I get told that I was interfering with the race. Next race I clipped a cars tyre at the first corner which caused myself and the other player to come off. I was then banned from the server without any explanation. I dont think I deserved to get banned, I admit I made a mistake but dont we all....

Hi, thanks for the post.

The reason for your ban was a culmination of events.

In the first race, you failed to get off the line and caused 2 people to crash. You then disconnected and then reconnected twice whilst the other participants had only completed one lap.
 
You then rejoined on lap 3 and disconnected again. You rejoined when everybody was on lap 5, you left your pit box but did not leave the pits (why not?), even though other racers were pitting.

You waited for your team-mate to pit and I overtook both of you and pitted. I expected your team mate to come through as he was in the race but I did not expect somebody who was 5 laps down in a six lap race to interfere with my pit stop.
 
When this was brought to your attention, you accused me of pulling out in front of you and when I said that I was in the race and that you wern't, your reply was "doesnt mean to say I can't come out of the pits though".
I've checked the replay and you did not apologise, you went on your merry way.

In the next race, approaching T1, you tapped another driver (on the straight bit) and sent him off, you continued then, whilst everybody else was braking, to hit another driver and you both ended up beached and you did not say sorry yet again.

To be honest, I thought you had caused enough damage and had spoiled two races, so I issued the ban.

Hi thanks for the reply. As said I was having problems with my wheel, (accelerator only operated when you pressed the peddle right down) and the game went into a windowed mode. I definately wouldn't normally keep connecting and disconnecting in the game. I normally pull down on the gear lever to which it says "Sorry!", I did pull down on the lever twice each time I came into contact. As said I was having problems with my wheel, and I did reset the controls, to which it knocked out the binds. I can only apologise if I disturbed your racing this evening and it wasn't intentional.
