Games to be played
CS:S (team KO)
Degal (2 man KO)
Cod4 (small team (4/5?) KO)
L4D - Team KO - needs to be a very quick map, not played each way round just each team to play each side.
Race

11:00 - 12:30 - CS:S Team KO
12:45 - 3:00 - CoD4 & lunch break
3:00 - 3:50 - Degal
4:00 - 4:45 - race
5:00 - 6:30 - L4D

Please discuss. Does this look suitable. For once there is no F1 on the lan weekend so we dont have to consider people leaving for an hour over qualifing.

Nice one sheep.

I think we need to leave, say, 12.30-2pm free for people to go have lunch.

Then restart it at 2pm and change the times accordingly.

The rest looks good to me mate.

sheepy

lunch break is in - should we move this later???

ie after COD4? as most people have the cooked breakfast and may not want lunch as early.

It is also probably time to announce supported games and the timetable asap - then we can get Oldie's website up and running for people to opt in or out of things prior to the LAN.

Ok, let's start the CoD4 before lunch, then break at 1.15pm for lunch. So long as we get some of the prelim rounds under our belt then it won't take long to wrap it up after lunch.

sheepy

edited to have cod4 and lunch together

Nice one Sheepster.

If there are no other comments let's get it posted and announced prior to the launch of 'Oldie App'.

:)

TeaLeaf

Are we doing the web applet thingy to sort the teams & sign ups etc?

I'm a bit behind with it I'm afraid. Might need to go with Plan B for this one

Nps OB, can do.  In the absence of anything else we'll sort it when we get there.

Worse case we can use the tear off slips on the nameplaces and do it manually.

It's no problem.

sheepy

yup the paper strips works fine, it would only be a bonus to have it pre sorted
