The steak was excellent and the whisky was the best selection we've seen.  Youngest single malt was 10 years old and the oldest was 27 years, with a couple of 25, 20 & 18 year old single malts thrown in for good measure.  Fantastic stuff.

The hotel staff had to raid the gaming room this morning, they had run out of pint glasses.  They rolled out a 3 shelf catering trolley and every space was filled with glasses form the room!

I found the whiskey a bit odd, bit oaky, not bad, but not terifficly good either.
 
The stake was awesome though :D
