had another crack at this mission today with spikeymarco.

manage to complete it in 1hr 42mins. we started with the aa radar and moved east along the coast taking out all the targets finally reaching the airbase.

seemed to work well in that order :)

I'm not sure about day 2. with only four of us felt like to much of a grind. I think we need to save it for a fuller server.

I think it's better suited to 7/8. It worked well enough the other night. What does need work is our use of the squad leader to organise, we were a little spread out last night as Del rightly pointed out.

I'll work on the commander stuff and see if we can get it a little tighter. There were some high points. My 'Tour of Duty' rescue of Lib, landing my chopper in a small clearing....(having injured him first by creating the small clearing by landing another chopper in it...upside down).

The assault on the first target, through the trees went pretty well I thought.

Right, this one and Morning Star 2, what do we think.

On the second we run out of steam but I think it's because we aren't playing it correctly.

I *really* want to get a concerted effort going, especially on the armour pieces, so if we lose a comrade we can pick up the javelin or revive. We are getting too embroiled in solo fighting.

We need to do it Dick Marcinko style, 'I sneak and I peek, and then I hop and I pop, which I almost always follow with the ever popular shooting & looting.'

Any takers? We'll need capable fliers, medics and some patience. I reckon 2 hours worth.

I'm seeing the huge potential of this game so count me in :thumb:
