Actually, now they've removed the DRM, if you can get an online key (and know someone who has the disk), you can now use it without the disk in the drive.

Heaven help me! I've reinstalled it.:lmfao:This time with just the one update (1.0.5) and the hotfix for EagleWhatsit.
I made an interesting (to me at least) discovery. Disabling TrackIR alleviates the horrible flickering that you've got so tired of hearing me whinge about. Shame, 'cos that was a very cool feature.  This time I've not maxed out the graphics, I'll leave them at normal and tweak one by one.
We'll see. :)

I've seen track IR working in game videos, v. annoying that it doesn't.

By this I mean acquire a key by legal means...

e.g, G2Play.net.

Which I believe a few people may have done in the early days but were unable to use them due to DRM.
