Sry guys but going to have to Drop out of this Lan :crying:

Works just dropped a shutdown on us. so for the next two weeks and we are contacted to work it, 12hr days, 7 days a wk it :sideways:

have spoken to OC and cancelled my double

According to the hotel we are short on people in rooms.

Excluding FatBob, FatDan and Lionheart (no rooms required), they don't have:

Blunt
Dewey
Crazy R1

listed as being booked under the dMw Weekend. You may have booked rooms and if so please confirm with the hotel that you're with dMw. This is to ensure you get the (heavily) subsidised room rate of Ã,£50. If you haven't booked your rooms yet then please do so asap as they're no longer reserved for dMw and are on a first come first served basis.

Sorry to have to tell you this but I've just booked a room at the hotel as the conference I was booked on for next week has been cancelled due to flight restrictions....
