Not sure what you mean GM, the sentence did not make sense, can you elaborate please?

Basically as an interim measure i have added delan's first banner in his first post to the server whilst we decide on an overall winner to promote the community rather than multiplay.

When i added the url for the first time to the config i got an error saying that banner url lengths had to be below 64 characters.

Delan's image url had a character length of 75 that one i hosted via the forum had a length of 66 and my photobucket hosting was around 53.

So in short whatever banner we use the url in the config cannot have more than 64 characters.

Rizzy, is there a way to put "Tactical Gaming Community" under the address without it looking messy, I like the idea of spelling out what we do. Looking very good as it is though.

Perhaps we can all agree on the right strapline and then apply it to the designs to see how they balance and look.

I like Tactical Gaming at its best but would people know what that means? common words like mature and teamwork are probably more universal.

Good idea

I was hoping to by this sunday close submissions and begin voting on a final banner.

So lets decide on the right line under deadmen.co.uk so far we have had:

• Tactical Gaming Community
• Tactical Gaming at its best
• Mature Gaming Community
• where teamwork is all we do
• Gaming Community
• play it tactical and none gets left behind

Personally I feel 1, 2 and 3 are the strongest
