So we all have played need for speed but this lan it was a little old and we didn't want to play a game we had already played alot at the october lan.

Anyway i have found something fresh and could be an absolute blast.

I invite you to try split second.

Its like nfs but it has burnout elimination style, with nfs gameplay in fully dynamic game environments.

Statues and walls blow up as you gain a bar meter like burnout for doing tricks and its awesome in singleplayer hopefully in lthe october lan multiplayer will also be worth a shout as it too has LAN lobby multiplayer support

I'll be bringing along my copy and it could be a real winner.
