RGW Recruitment Needs

Currently showing recruitment on wowprogress as 1 DK or pala tank for RGW.    The boomkin or ele shaman are for RGT requirements, let me know if this eneds updating or if you need additional classes to allow you to sit some people who might be holding the raid back.

Just been looking at the attendance tracker for RGW.  Are you sure you only need a tank?  Comparing to RGT:

Tanks:  RGW 2  - 2 RGT (but 2 melee offspec tanks to cover)
Melee DPS: RGW 3 - 2 RGT
Healers: RGW 3 - 5 RGT
Ranged DPS: RGW 3 - 6 RGT (5 current and recruiting 1 more)

Seems to me you need 1-2 more healers, at least 2 more ranged as well as the tank?

We got syrieth as offspec tank.
4 healers but 1 with connection issues, and a offspec healer.
Melee are good.
But ye ranged, hunter warlock, ele shammy??

Ok so who's missing on the tracker?  It only shows 3 healers (inc Tormented).

All I can suggest is that people spam a recruit message in Trade in the 2-3 hours before raid time.  If I'm on I try to spam it too, but we need more people spamming it more regularly.

I've updated the list to show:

1 x Tank
1 x melee dps
1 x ranged dps
1 x healer

If I list more than that then it looks like we don't have a raid group.

We are getting a nice set up now.1 Spare for each role now.
Yet the dk and hunter are yet to raid as they have been invited this week.
The Dk has a nice tank gear also for OS but he has already been asking me how he can get premoted to RGT as he would rather raid with "RG1" so we'll see how he prevails....

ATM we dont need anymore imo as i will have to bench people often as we are only 5/8 on farm. After the next 2 raid nights i will be able to assess better the new apps and we can go from there

With a bit of luck the extra memebers may push some healthy competition in the dps

Quick question, where is this DK's recruitment app?

Back OT, we don't want to see an RG1/RG2 situation developing, so we need the competition in RGW to drive forward both the progress and sense of value.
