BC2 Black Frame Around Screen

I've been playing BC2 fine for a week or so but I was just experimenting with the resolution. I downed it to 1280x720 and then back to 1680x1050. Both resolutions had previous worked just fine but now on returning to 1680x1050 there is a black frame around the screen. It won't fill the screen properly. I had (actually still have) a similar problem with TDU2.

Can anyone help?

To be honest, it's one thing after another and I'm honestly starting to question why any sane person would put up with PC gaming.

Its probably because you are using a TV. They really aren't very good at doing a monitors job. Try turning the tv off then on to see if it resets it.

Don't worry. To be completely honest, I'm getting fed up of hearing myself complaining let alone what you guys must think I'm like a broken record. Unfortunately this is due to a long line of issues that keep coming up. I'm so embarrassed at having to keep asking for help that I genuinely think the time has come to give up on PC gaming.
