Server a bit wobbly this weekend

Saturday the server had reverted to "softcore" with Harvest Day as the only map and WolfCon down. I added a mixed list of maps and re-instated hardcore on Saturday morning.

This morning the server was down totally. Unfortunately I was out for the day, so while I could see it was dead, I had no access to multiplay on my iPhone (no passwords with me). When I got home at 5pm I restarted the server and CheesePuff, AL99 and TwoBad soon joined and seeded the server.

It looks (to me) like the new server is, if anything, less reliable than the previous one. I don't know what you guys think.

I'll keep a close eye on the server in the coming week and make a note of downtime - and get the server back up whenever possible.

Dead again this morning....

Thanks,

I have ongoing support tickets with Multiplay open on this issue. It's completely unacceptable what is happening right now.

All of the admins have access to ClanForge and can kick the server from there.

Hello.

You can get all your configs from clanforge -> files -> downloads. The profile itself will transfer over just not the data.

The server is currently and has been nearly full everytime we go to move it. Is there a special time you would like this done?

Guys,

What's happening with our server? You transferred us to a new box but I noticed today that it went down at about 4am and didn't come back until I re-booted it this morning..

Hello.

This is a confirmed issue on the PLASMA back end. It has been recognized by EA and they are looking into it. Sadly this one is out of our hands at the moment. We will update clanforge/news when we receive more information.

04:16:12 clanforge_auto Server failed in under 30 seconds ( possible config error? )

Guys,

You obviously have no real interest in keeping our business. You blaming EA Plasma is a joke. Also, you've made no statemetn of the issues in under ClanForge news.

Our server crashed again last night halfway though the night when the server was full. Then I check this morning and the server is offline.

I would like to request some proof from you that it is related to EA Plasma as I've just spent the last 30 minutes trolling through the internet looking for recent instances. Outside of one of your own Swedish servers, no other hosting provider is mentioning EA Plasma issues.

Feel free to post it here or email me at dwebb@no-kamae.com

I take it that you are the support team manager or something similar.

We were expecting to have a call with yourself and one of the support staff yesterday at 2:30.

After waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone, we were told that there  was no one that was able to speak to us. In the end we have asked for  your details as well as your line manager's details to be emailed to us  so we can attempt for a second time, to organise a conference call with  you. This time we are expecting your line manager to be on the call due  to the fact that there were three of us from our Community that were  present to speak to you on Friday.

I trust this has been emailed to us as per our request.

Regards,

Dan

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I was unfortunately  not in the office on the day you wished to have a conversation with me, I  apologise for the inconvenience that caused you and your community. I'd  be happy to try and arrange a conference call with you if you wish  however I'm confident I can resolve any problems you're having fairly  quickly first and then I'd be happy to arrange some compensation in the  form of extra time on your service as a sub standard support service is  far from what we aim to provide.

If you don't mind could you please outline for me the main problems that  you're having with the server at the moment and I will take a look at  the issues personally?
