TeaLeaf and I have discussed the shortage of Admins, particularly in light of current availability and the forthcoming re-launch of TCS. We have decided that the best course of action is to invite some existing members to become 'TCS Admins'.

We envisage a TCS Admin being able to execute rcon commands as necessary and providing support to our existing team of full Admins. We would also expect them to defer to full Admins when one is on their team, after all, we can't have 2 consecutive rcon message possibly saying different things about the same event!

We are pleased to announce that the following five members have agreed to be our TCS Admins:

Blueball
Doorman
Slowhand
Smilodon
Squonk

I'm sure you will all give them your full support.
