i have no problem with people quitting or taking a break, but the timing is...the worst ever. would have loved a heads up so we could have a replacement ready

Im still about if im needed until 2nd December. So plenty of time for replacement.

Fyi: I'm not leaving or taking a break, i've just been really busy at work. From october to december is always a very busy season and i do need to focus and put in alot of effort to get my job done but i'm doing the best i can to attend raidnights.

I gotta feeling i should respond to this thread, so here i go....
As the officers know i work irregular shifts, so i won't be able to come every raiding night. If the raid times were a little bit different i could come more, cause when i have nightshift i have to leave for work around 22:15 ish (CET) and i think i should not sign in for a raid when i can't finish it! if we were to change the raiding times, i would sign up for the raids when i have nightshift. Meaning i could come a lot more cause then i only can't come when i have an evening shift. But i want to say to you guys if i'm able to come raid i'll sign up, cause i really love to raid with you guys....
Hope this shines a little light on my attendence.

p.s. If the officers think i should sign up for the raid when i have to leave early to go to work, i will !

Well the good news is that we have a few new recruits for RGW now which should bump the numbers back up to where they need to be after the recent retirements/absences. Let's start pushing RGW forward again now!
