can't access server

ok well i am back for a talk with u all hehe! Right my problem is as follows i am a Cigs member and i can't view the place tht i need to access to get the new pw. I emailed the admins email but got no reply hehe. So hope u know wht i mean. Can i access the server if i am not a dmw friend or member? if so wht do i do to sort out the problem tht i can't view the thread to get the pw and post my steam id. Can somone give me the link if tht is so

Ive uploaded my steam id but havent got a new pw or is not in effect yet?
