Hi all i can vouch for this mission after what you could call extensive testing, i recommend a thorough reading of the mission description page here http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=15526
The server parameters are extensive as are the mission types with a lot of realism, ie you may have to put someone in the air to find the location or the radio tower/captive/officer and suss where they are by contact with the enemy which may be five might be 150].
Ace is available but is switchable it may need arma 2,it has given me some great gaming nights but i will say server load is the highest i have seen from an arma 2 mission.

Description:

Inspired by Takistan Force, Patrol Ops is a 32 Player dynamic, random mission series that is great for both Mass Public Play and Clan Tactical Gaming.

Missions are randomly dynamic, with enemy force strength scaled to match the number of players connected so as to challenge players appropriately.

Vanilla, ACE and ACRE are supported in a single mission PBO and will adapt the gameplay and equipment to match the servers settings.
Player Class types denote access to specific gear and vehicles to strengthen the realism.

A focus on co-operative team based gameplay is the principle of Patrol Ops
