Steam Chat & Store on your mobile, basically.

Downloading the app only registers your interest for the beta - you have to wait for an invite email before you can login.

We were talking about this last week and then its appeared!

Signed up early yesterday and still didn't get an invite. :(

Good idea though if you're supposed to be playing L4D2 and might be stuck at work for a while or something, then you can send them a message from your phone

I have got it, and been added to the list of people that want to use it.  Will await for baited breath, might make a change from holding my breath for HL3 :)

Looks like people that get an invite get an invite for a friend too that shows up as a token in the steam inventory.

If anyone gets an invite we should keep this in dMw and get everyone on here connected up.

I'll let you know if I get one and will pass on my invite. :P

I signed up this morning...no email yet of course. I've been waiting for this for a long time. Plenty of other things I'd like more though, like steam cloud for ALL saved games, not just random games...No idea how many times I've completed Zuma...

Sorry been busy. Add DannagE to steam and I'll get it sent off.

Have to leave for work in 15 minutes so if you don't hear from me till later its because I've walked into a mess again :D

If anyone else gets an invite I'd be interested in getting one (I'll send any resulting invite back to a dmw member of course)

GhostMjr

just seen this. Theres been a guy who has tried an unofficial try at the steam profile tracking for about 2 years but steam got him to change the name of his app around 12-15 months ago.

I guess after finally beginning to develop this one.

Let me know if you have and iphone invite.

Cheers.
