what was it ms said in 2009...no more flight sims......so looking forward to this....not...like most of the hardcore simmers ill be sticking with fs2004  and fsx, this is aimed at getting 20million playing this "game" not like it used to be aimed at 1 million playing a simulation

I came into this world with nothing,
through careful management I\'ve got most of it left.

I might have a look, as long as I don't get messed about too much by the Games for Windows Live thingy, had some unpleasant experiences with that in the past.

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

They will open it up, trust me they will have too, true it will be at a large cost, why else would it be free for now?

I really should have got all mine up and running so I could practice, but I never get around to it.

I received "X-Plane 10" earlier this week, which is a proper simulator. You can actually buy a dongle that makes it a commercial simulator (along with a few tens of thousands of quids worth of other hardware). It comes with global terrain, which is why it's on 8 DVD's, but it's mainly flat sat picks, until you actually play with the options and it generates trees, houses and roads, quite well.

Interested in this quite abit, wasted so many hours into fsx this should be interesting enough. What do you think the multiplayer if it has any will be like just chat rooms?

Sparko

Not sure, presume so, I'm looking forward to the visuals more than anything

Sparko

Well I like it, makes a change being able to actually fly for some purpose, the prices for the dlc are a bit steep £8 for the rv6 although its a great plane, the multiplayer aspect is great though met a few decent people
