LAN XXII & DMR Guild Meet will take place on 19th to 21st October 2012


Well here they are people! these are the confrimed dates, some people will be arriving on the 18th for the fun on Thursday (more details coming)

So book some time off get those flights booked and if you have booked flights can you let me know via pm.

Room booking will be done as per in the same phases,

Supporting Memebers, Internationals, Pass LAN attendees and then it will be open to eveyone else.

Should be a great with the LAN gamers & DMR together with some of SWTOR members hoping to come over for a social!!

Toby i would like to make this one...I Obviously need to book this time off as annual leave for my work (I want to give plenty of notice so i can be sure to get it off) But can I put my name down for  the event and go ahead and book my annual leave...not really sure how to proceed bit of help here mate (as in if I book the time off what is the chance My space is saved to book with hotel etc).

DD glad you want to come you can't book your room yet or put your name down yet.  This is really to let you all know and for the internationals to think about flights etc.  

Best thing to do mate is to book the time off and when the sign up/booking comes up get your name down.  I really doubt it will be full before you get your name down.

Yeah, just pay attention and book as soon as you can DD :)

Can't really book anything off from the slog that is medicine, but I'm aiming to come for the thursday this time regardless ;D

Time to ask the boss nicely for some time off come monday morning :D

Flights.. oh man.. gotta get those booked as well.
Or, just do like last time, let Spiritus do the planning and get on the same flight :D

I'm going, so if anyone is looking to share a room give me a shout.

Also need to book flights, and time off... oh and a new laptop. Also would be nice if someone would be able to pick me up at the airport. I'm sure I'm not the only one though.
