CS:GO Beta access from 14/8/12 for all preorders and community server news!

So as you know a couple of us have been in the closed beta.

Looks like this will finally be open to all those who have preordered from 14/8/12 until 21/8/12 when the full game is released.

We're working on getting our current beta server updated and ready for 14/8/12 and hope to have a server live as soon as possible after the 21/8/12 for the full game.

They'll probably follow other publishers and scrub them like with all beta's, although valve like to do what the community wants however those who had the closed beta will have a vast headstart to those who have only just preordered and will gain access to the beta on 14/8/12

So far it looks like all the usual commands for CS:S still works in CS:GO beta

I pre-ordered but it doesn't say released as yet in my Steam Games Directory. Does anyone else have that?

Pen.. Look under "- Games" at the bottom.. perhaps not straight away after ordering but you should see CounterStrike - Global Offensive - Beta
